AROS Riello Tristab Y

The AROS RIELLO TRISTAB Y is a microprocessor controlled electro mechanical voltage stabiliser for single- and three-phase voltage stabilisation to the load, when the input utility supply voltage varies as loading of the grid occurs during peak periods or in the event of a weak supply grid as is so often experienced in Africa. A voltage stabiliser cannot generate power after a power failure and is not intended to replace a backup UPS system, it can only compensate for power supply variation while keeping the connected output load voltage constant.

The AROS RIELLO TRISTAB Y voltage stabiliser is also ideal for use in conjunction with an online double-conversion UPS system to keep the UPS input voltage at exact nominal voltage of 230 VAC single-phase and 400 VAC three-phase even when the utility power supply grid varies by up to +20 and -20 percent. The output of this voltage regulator is not affected by load harmonic content generation back into the supply and it will not affect the power factor seen by the power supply grid nor will it affect any power factor correction equipment.
