We still support, maintain, offer spares, carry stock, and do repairs for RIELLO UPS systems installed and commissioned from 2003 and extending through the rest of the 2000s.

Along with the regular training of all staff at our manufacturer’s Riello UPS premises in Milan, Italy, Standby Systems offers its clients the best after-sales service levels in the industry, with a countrywide service representation. The RIELLO UPS and its backup battery as well as the RIELLO UPS user, are guaranteed service satisfaction with 24/7 support, no matter how remote the UPS site is.
In-house UPS repairs – savings for the client
Due to our high technical expertise levels, Standby Systems offers its clients peace of mind and money savings as, rather than having to replace faulty UPS cards that are expensive, they can be repaired in-house to component level, for only a small portion of the cost. A saving which we can pass on to our RIELLO UPS clients.
Spares holding
With spares holdings of RIELLO UPS systems going back to when we opened our doors in 2003 and every year thereafter, we carry a full Warehouse of ex-stock spare parts and batteries for our Riello UPS user’s peace of mind in SA. Even for UPS units we supplied in 2003, we can repair, supply spare parts and maintain without the need for costly replacement as many other manufacturers force their users to do once a model is out of production.
