Automated manufacturing and robotic assembly lines rely on continuous, high-quality power supplied by Riello UPS industrial solutions to prevent downtime and equipment damage in mission-critical environments.

Riello UPS has published a new brochure focused specifically on Industrial UPS solutions, addressing the power continuity requirements of high-risk, mission-critical industrial environments.
In industrial operations, power interruptions and power quality disturbances can result in equipment failure, unplanned shutdowns, production losses, and material wastage, with significant financial impact.
The International Energy Agency (IEA) estimates that outages and power quality issues cost industrialized economies in excess of $100 billion each year.
The Industrial UPS portfolio includes both monolithic and modular architectures, providing scalability, galvanic isolation, and advanced functionality. These include features such as Power Walk-In, static and dynamic peak shaving, and systems incorporating Power Absorber (PWA) technology.
The brochure also presents a real-world industrial application. At an aluminium can manufacturing facility in Hungary, 20 Master HE UPS systems with a combined installed capacity of 10 MW have supported continuous production since 2017. The installation has protected operations producing up to 6,000 cans per minute while eliminating downtime linked to power instability.
With technology designed and manufactured in Italy, operational presence in more than 90 countries, and recognition among the world’s top five UPS manufacturers, Riello UPS continues to support industrial operators with reliable power solutions aligned to long-term operational sustainability.
The industrial UPS brochure is now available for download.
